After-School Yoga
Stretch, Move, & Imagine

For 1st-4th Graders; max of 20 students
Hop on the bus with friends and join Mindful Movement teachers Karen and Mary at Farm Table in downtown Amery. The 45-minute fun yoga class will be a relaxing way to decrease end-of-school-day stress while promoting strength and flexibility.
Parents, please pick your children up from Farm Table at 4:15 pm (110 Keller Ave. North)
LOCATION: Farm Table, 110 Keller Ave North. Students can ride a bus to Farm Table. Send a note to the office so your child is on the correct bus.
INSTRUCTORS: Mary Schieffer and Karen Schwarz
FEE: No fee. Class is possible thanks to Farm Table and St. Croix Valley Foundation.
