Farm Table Restaurant’s baker, known as Bird or Melissa, will be joining us in the classroom to offer monthly classes featuring her favorite house recipes. If you enjoy the pastries at Farm Table Restaurant, you will not want to miss these classes! Get your hands dirty and learn great tips and techniques to apply to your own home baking, each month will focus on something different.

Join James Beard Award-winning author and TV host AMY THIELEN from her kitchen in rural Park Rapids, Minnesota, and prepare Tourtiére, a savory holiday pie and a favorite family tradition.
