As you add more food to your pantry, while also building skills, you’ll find that your choices multiply, and your creativity expands. You’ll learn about how to stock your pantry and how to cook in batches for greater nutrition and less stress, starting with the 12 to 15 most important items to have in your pantry…and how to use those items to support you and your family’s health and well-being.
