Classic Risotto & Italian Hearth Bread

Join us for this participation class focusing our attention on classic risotto with variations and Italian hearth breads. Northern Italy’s classic creamy rice dish is slow cooked with broth and stirred to perfection. Hearth breads are fermented doughs of whole grains and herbs traditionally baked in a wood-fired oven, but we will come very close and make our own delicious crusty loaves in a conventional oven.
