Featuring instructor Sylvia Burgos Toftness, a grass-fed beef farmer, baker, and radio host, this class will demonstrate how to make quarts of broth from a variety of bones including chicken, turkey, beef, pork, lamb, and mutton. We’ll review stovetop, crockpot, and pressure cooker techniques. Bone broth—great for today’s soup, tomorrow’s chili, or freezing for next month’s favorite recipe.
