This fun, interactive class includes instruction on how to brew your own great tasting kombucha at home. Learn the first fermentation process, which yields a great basic kombucha – ready to drink on its own. And learn the nuances of the second fermentation process and confidently add your own flavors to bring a unique taste and sparkling effervescence to each bottle. Take home a study guide with simple instructions plus a starter culture to begin your kombucha adventure right away.

The class includes tasting of several different varieties of kombucha. Be ready to quench your kombucha thirst and feel free to ask questions!

Taught by Bryan Deane Bertsch, owner and brew master of Deane’s Kombucha in Minneapolis, MN. Bryan began home brewing in 2005 and has taught Kombucha classes for over 10 years. He lives in Hopkins, MN, with his wife, three children, and dog Lily.
