Regulations & Ethics, Hunting Tactics, and Where to Hunt
September 19, 2019 @ 6:00 pm - 8:30 pm

Farm Table is excited to cosponsor this upcoming Learn to Hunt for Food series. Hunting, done with respect and care, is certainly one part of building a local food culture. This course will teach the ethics and skills of hunting, in this case for deer. The course involves in-class time as well as time in the field, at a shooting range, and on a deer hunt; participants are paired with a mentor/experienced hunter. “Learn to Hunt” is specifically for adults with no or limited experience.

Please note:

  • Participants are asked to attend all of the below classes (some exceptions may be possible).
  • There is no cost to the course.
