“Lunch & Learn” is one of our more popular classes, partly because one of our best, Terry Kelzer, teaches them! Join us as Terry weaves local seasonal food and cooking techniques with tradition and stories to create the richest of fare… which you then get to eat. You’ll connect with your community, enjoy a delicious lunch, and leave with the day’s recipes.

This class will celebrate the season of sqaush! Enjoy a rich, creamy butternut squash soup and a light, but spicy tortilla soup – loaded with squash, peppers, corn and beans. A hearty whole grain hearth bread, complete with crispy crust and a chewy interior, will pair perfectly with these atumn soups.
