Join food enthusiast Jessica Turtle, in a hands on exploration of the basics of cooking with vegetables. Learn to rely on your senses to make decisions in the kitchen and begin to take steps away from recipe dependence. Explore the value of seasonal eating & begin to understand the four basic elements to successful cooking. In this class, you will help to prepare and share a meal as a group. This is a fun & informal class so all skill levels are welcome!
