Whether you’ve a freezer full of venison, or won a recent meat raffle, or just want to learn how to make DELICIOUS sausage, this class is for you! Taught by two of our area’s best, Louie and Louis Muench of Louie’s Finer Meats in Cumberland, WI, you’ll learn how to make your own sausage at home. Meat preparation & selection, spices, grinding, mixing, stuffing, and food safety will be touched upon. Time for questions and answers will be provided.

Caring for and Decorating with Houseplants this Winterwith BONNIE WARNDAHL

SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 6 join Bonnie Warndahl of Winnowburrow Farm in her home (virtually) to learn how to establish, care for, and decorate with some easy-to-grow houseplants; explore creative ways to “garden” indoors.
