Spring Yoga w/ Tracy Hovde

As the seasons turn, our bodies sense the changes in nature and it’s rhythms. The climate fluctuates between colder, drier, more isolating wintery weather, and warmer, wetter conditions – all of which affect how we feel physically and energetically. In the spring, our bodies sense an opportunity for renewal – a fresh, clean start. We may also feel a renewed sense of inspiration or rejuvenation. Yoga postures and breathing techniques also affect our body and energy. We can modify our practice to attune to the natural rhythms by honoring the balance of the Spring Equinox, where days and nights are equal length.
