Traditional Apple Strudel: This class will highlight both the making and stretching of the strudel dough. The goal is to make the dough so thin as to be able to read a newspaper through it—then it’s ready to be filled! The rest is easy: a filling of local organic apples along with walnuts, cinnamon, and sugar—all rolled into a delicious treat ready for baking.
