Yoga to Replenish

This class is designed to purify and balance energy throughout the body to strengthen and build vitality. The first half of the class incorporates dynamic movements paired with poses in stillness and guided breath work. The second half of class will finish with super comfy, restorative poses using props to support the body in deep relaxation.
