Yoga to Replenish
Yoga to Replenish- This class is designed to purify and balance energy throughout the body to strengthen and build vitality. The first half of the class incorporates dynamic movements paired with poses in stillness and guided breath work. The second half of class will finish with super comfy, restorative poses using props to support the body in deep relaxation.
Instructor: Alyssa Montana- RYT 500, Reiki Master & Thai Yoga Bodyworker
Alyssa received her RYT 200 in 2012 where she fell in love with heat, power and strength. After injuring herself too many times, she decided to explore a more sustainable practice for her body and lifestyle. In 2016, Alyssa received her RYT 340 from Devanadi Yoga where she fell in love with nourishment, stability, healing and Restorative Yoga. She is also passionate about sharing healing modalities such as Reiki and Thai Yoga Bodywork. Alyssa wholeheartedly believes anyone can receive the gifts yoga so generously offers. Her teaching style warmly encourages the exploration of mind, body and soul while offering variations for all levels and body types. She guides classes with verbal cues, demonstrations and physical hands on adjustments. Her sequences are inspired by the needs of students, changes in seasons and the ever-evolving flow of life.
