Join Farm Table’s chef and restaurant manager Sarah Mittelstadt for her second class on Thai cooking! Sarah has been to Thailand a couple times, including a six-month stint where she fell in love with the food and the people. Learn how to make all the elements of the delicious one-dish meal, Khao Soi: a coconut broth curry with rich egg noodles, stewed chicken, and fun toppings like crispy egg noodle, pickled mustard green, and sliced shallot. The bulk of the class will go in-depth on how to make the curry paste, but also cover making the broth, cooking the chicken, and preparing the garnishes.
