Remember these smiling faces behind the mouthwatering dishes at Farm Table Restaurant? Well, Chefs Sarah and Marlee have embarked on an exciting new journey with their own venture, Fiddlehead Kitchen WI! We couldn't be more excited to collaborate with them on April 26th for the Farm Table Foundation Reunion.

FIDDLEHEAD KITCHEN was founded by Chefs Marlee and Sarah and resides in the The Barred Owl cocktail bar in Balsam Lake, WI. Sarah brings 10 years of experience in the industry from serving, to food trucking to fine dining, and was acting head chef at Farm Table Foundation for 5 years. Marlee brings 8 years in the industry with fine catering, and a mastery of sourdough bread and pastry. They both have worked on organic farms and value utilizing the best ingredients from folks stewarding the land. Together they are the Fiddlehead Chefs that are excited to serve seasonal, farm-focused food with flair. They do catering, pop-ups, and private cheffing.
